Empowering Girls,
Class Session

Education and life skills program intervention for girls is a critical area of development, as it can help to improve their health, well-being, and economic opportunities. Girls who are educated and have life skills are more likely to delay marriage and childbearing, have fewer children, and earn higher incomes. They are also more likely to have healthy children and participate in civic life.

At Alimat Care Foundation, we understand that education and life skills intervention for women and girls is a critical investment in their future. By providing girls with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed, we can help them to reach their full potential and contribute to their communities. To make this a reality, we work closely with local communities, schools, policy makers and education duty bearers to increase access to quality education for girls, including girls with disability. Our interventions include education support, mentorship programs, and life skills training, Vocational training programs, Leadership development programs and financial literacy programs. By empowering girls with knowledge and skills, we enable them to become future leaders and change-makers in their communities.
