Our approach to mentorship and educational support for girls is comprehensive, tailored to the specific needs of girls in their target communities, and focused on empowering them to achieve their full potential. By providing girls with access to mentors, educational support services, and a supportive network, ACF is helping to break down barriers, promote gender equality, and create a brighter future for girls in Nigeria.

Our Mentorship and educational support initiatives are built on four pillars;

1. Structured Mentorship: We implement structured mentorship programs that provide a framework for regular interactions, goal setting, and progress tracking, ensuring that the mentorship relationship is effective and sustained.
2. Educational Support Services: We complement our mentorship programs with a range of educational support services, such as academic tutoring, study skills workshops, and access to educational resources.
3. Addressing Barriers to Education: We work to address the barriers that girls face in accessing education, such as financial constraints, cultural norms, and gender-based violence. This may involve providing financial assistance, advocating for policy changes, and raising awareness of girls’ rights to education.
